As the Cluster Revenue Manager, you will shape and execute revenue strategies across three Mama Shelter properties in Europe, including a forthcoming opening. Working closely with General Managers, you'll align commercial initiatives with brand standards while driving profitability through data-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement revenue plans that balance market responsiveness with long-term value
- Monitor market shifts and competitor activity to refine pricing and distribution strategies
- Use RMS and PMS platforms to generate forecasts, track KPIs, and guide business decisions
- Identify deviations in performance trends and initiate corrective actions promptly
- Train and lead reservation teams, ensuring strong understanding of revenue tools and processes
- Improve data integrity across systems and promote a culture of analytical discipline
- Assess contracts and market developments to capitalise on emerging opportunities
- Optimise channel mix to maximise reach and revenue efficiency
- Deliver accurate forecasts that inform operational and strategic planning
- Support new property launches with structured revenue frameworks
- Encourage innovation within compliance boundaries to reflect the brand’s distinctive character
- Ensure all guest-facing interactions contribute to a unique and lasting impression
Qualifications and Experience
You bring demonstrated success in hospitality revenue management, with a track record of exceeding targets through strategic insight and analytical precision. You are skilled in interpreting performance metrics such as RevPar and market share, and you use these insights to guide agile decision-making. Experience leading teams and delivering training in revenue systems is essential, as is familiarity with multi-property environments and European markets.
Proficiency in RMS and PMS platforms is required. Prior exposure to Mama Shelter or similar lifestyle brands is advantageous, as is experience launching new properties. You combine attention to detail with a forward-looking mindset, ensuring compliance without compromising creativity.
