EX Squared is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to define and manage the systems and processes that support our sales organization. You will be a critical force in enhancing productivity, reporting, and strategic execution for the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain sales processes, workflows, and key performance metrics.
- Manage and optimize the sales tech stack (CRM, sales automation tools).
- Analyze sales data to generate insights and recommendations for improving performance.
- Create and manage sales forecasts, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement sales territories, compensation plans, and quota structures.
- Lead training and enablement for the sales team on systems and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales operations, revenue operations, or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and translating data into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated ability to design, document, and improve complex sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be comfortable working in a distributed environment and managing their time effectively.
