The Remote Sales Executive will manage daily communications with existing and prospective retailers for KROM Kendama, a brand under XTREME GRAPHICS LIMITED. The role is focused on building strong commercial relationships, supporting local sell-out efforts, and expanding the independent retailer network in close coordination with international sales leadership.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily contacts with existing and prospective retailers via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Develop strong, lasting commercial relationships
- Organize, prioritize, and follow up independently
- Understand each retailer’s positioning and needs to propose the right products
- Support local sell-out initiatives and track feedback
- Work closely with KROM’s international sales management to grow the brand worldwide
- Focus on empowering and scaling the independent retailer network
What We're Looking For
- Ability to manage daily contacts with retailers via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Proven ability to develop strong, lasting commercial relationships
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to independently manage workflow and follow-ups
- Understanding of retailer positioning and needs to propose appropriate products
