Remote Sales Consultant (Bilingual EN/RU) – We’re seeking a driven sales professional to manage the early stages of our B2C sales process for accessory dwelling unit (ADU) projects. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, guiding potential clients from initial inquiry through qualification and handoff, using fluent English and Russian communication.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of the top of the sales funnel, including lead qualification, client outreach, and follow-up coordination
- Conduct sales presentations and guide prospects through project options using clear, professional communication
- Maintain consistent performance against monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs
- Use AI-powered platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools to streamline outreach and tracking
- Balance written interactions (60%)—such as emails and chat—with phone conversations (40%) to support client needs
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of direct B2C sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Proficiency in CRM software, analytics dashboards, and digital sales technologies
- Advanced written and spoken American English (C1-C2 level)
- Native or near-native fluency in Russian
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with ADUs or residential construction
- Experience engaging clients in the U.S. market
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with set working hours from 7 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time. You’ll receive high-quality inbound leads, enabling consistent quota achievement. Compensation & Benefits
