The CRM Lead plays a central role in enabling revenue operations through robust system management and data-driven insights. Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of CRM and Contact Centre platforms, this position ensures system reliability, data integrity, and continuous process improvements that directly impact sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise CRM and Contact Centre software to maintain high availability and accurate data flow
- Develop, maintain, and update sales policies and standard operating procedures to reflect current business practices
- Design and manage reporting dashboards that track student pipelines, team performance, and operational metrics
- Identify and implement enhancements to payment workflows and internal sales operations based on user feedback and data analysis
- Collaborate with Finance and Collections teams to ensure data consistency and seamless system integrations
- Respond to internal system inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to minimise disruption
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should bring at least two years of experience in sales operations, account management, or business development support, with at least one year focused on CRM administration. Strong organisational abilities, precision in execution, and clear communication are essential. A proven ability to meet operational KPIs is required, along with a minimum matric qualification.
A degree in marketing, commerce, or information systems is preferred. Additional advantages include experience in online education or fast-growing tech environments, project coordination, and familiarity with coding or technical systems.
