Reef is looking for a Remote Sales Closer who thrives on commission and can close deals over the phone without hand-holding. In this role, you’ll leverage warm inbound leads to sell our membership, directly impacting our growth.
What You'll Do
- Take inbound sales calls from US customers
- Explain the membership and value proposition
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Maintain a high close rate
- Work with our marketing team to optimize scripts and offers
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in phone sales or remote sales
- Confidence selling in the US market
- Clear, fluent English communication
- A drive to thrive in commission-driven environments
- A competitive mindset
- Comfort closing deals over the phone
Nice to Have
- High ticket sales experience
- Subscription or membership sales experience
- Insurance, warranties, or automotive products sales experience
