GeeksOnSite is looking for a Remote Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment of US-based 1099 on-call contractors. In this role, you will focus on high-volume hiring while working remotely during EST core hours.
What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles.
- Source proactively using various platforms including Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards.
- Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Keep Workable updated and organized daily.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment KPIs.
- Hire 10 on-call techs per week.
- Provide a positive and timely candidate experience.
- Suggest improvements in job ads, interview questions, or sourcing strategies.
- Conduct 12 interviews per day as the expected daily activity.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with U.S.-based roles.
- Experience hiring for 1099 contractors massively in the US.
- Comfortable talking on the phone, making at least 12 value calls per day.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs).
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Highly proactive and resourceful—someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- English C1-C2 proficiency.

- Hands-on experience with Workable ATS.
