Rebuilt is hiring a Remote-Real Estate Investment Representative/Acquisitions Agent

About the Role

Identify and acquire residential investment properties through off-market deals and strategic partnerships, conduct property evaluations, negotiate transactions, and support portfolio growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Source off-market real estate investment opportunities using direct outreach and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, wholesalers, and real estate professionals
  • Conduct property evaluations to assess value, repair needs, and investment potential
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and coordinate due diligence processes
  • Analyze market trends and pricing data to guide acquisition decisions
  • Present property opportunities to internal investment committees
  • Manage transaction timelines from contract to closing
  • Coordinate with title companies, inspectors, and contractors
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and communications
  • Monitor local real estate markets for emerging opportunities
  • Develop strategies to secure properties below market value
  • Assist in post-acquisition planning with property management teams
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company acquisition standards
  • Track performance metrics and report on acquisition activity
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines and follow-ups
  • Respond promptly to new leads and potential sellers
  • Attend local real estate events and networking functions
  • Conduct virtual and in-person property walkthroughs
  • Prepare acquisition summaries and financial projections
  • Support due diligence by collecting property history and data
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing and offer strategies
  • Identify distressed properties with strong upside potential
  • Follow up on expired listings and absentee owner leads
  • Maintain professional communication across all stakeholder groups
  • Adapt outreach methods based on market feedback and results
