Work as a licensed psychiatrist in a fully virtual outpatient setting, providing evidence-based psychiatric care to patients across the lifespan. This role focuses on lower to moderate acuity conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD—all delivered 100% remotely with no inpatient or emergency duties.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits via secure telehealth platforms
- Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions in adults, older adults, and youth (if board-certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry)
- Coordinate care with in-house therapists through an integrated referral system
- Use intuitive clinical tools designed to reduce administrative burden and support efficient documentation
- Maintain full clinical independence—without pressure to rush appointments or increase caseload

Requirements
- MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in psychiatry
- Unrestricted medical license valid in Virginia
- Commitment to outpatient telepsychiatry in a W-2 employment model (full-time or part-time)
- Willingness to engage with digital clinical tools and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
