What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services entirely through telehealth, serving patients of all ages. Focus on diagnosing and managing common mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. Conduct initial evaluations lasting 60 minutes and follow-up visits of 30 minutes, all on a schedule you control.
Work exclusively in an outpatient setting—no inpatient rounds, crisis interventions, or intensive programs. If board-certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, you may treat minors. Collaborate with an integrated network of licensed therapists to support coordinated care and refer patients when appropriate.
Requirements
You must be a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD or DO) with an active, unrestricted medical license. You should be eligible for W-2 employment, either full-time or part-time, and committed to delivering outpatient telepsychiatry. Proficiency with digital clinical tools is expected, along with strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills. A collaborative approach and dedication to patient-centered care are essential.

Compensation
On-target annual earnings range from $300,000 to over $350,000, combining base pay with a monthly productivity incentive. The incentive is guaranteed during the first six months to support onboarding.
