Provide outpatient psychiatric care entirely remotely, delivering evidence-based treatment to patients of all ages, including adults, older adults, and, if certified, children and adolescents. You’ll assess and manage a range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD through structured 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups.

- Conduct telepsychiatry sessions from a location of your choice, with no need for office-based visits
- Exercise independent clinical judgment without pressure to reduce session length or increase patient volume

Requirements
- MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas
- Eligibility for W-2 employment, either full-time or part-time
- Experience or interest in outpatient telepsychiatry
- Ability to adapt to new clinical technologies efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to patient care

Compensation
On-target annual earnings range from $300,000 to $350,000 or more, combining a base salary with a monthly productivity incentive. The incentive is guaranteed during the first six months to support onboarding. This is a W-2 position with no equity component.

This is a fully remote role open to providers licensed in Texas. You’ll have flexibility in setting your weekly schedule and patient load, allowing you to maintain a sustainable practice. The platform supports a low administrative burden, enabling you to focus on clinical care.
