What You'll Do
Support the deployment of Digital Twin technology by managing key coordination tasks across live projects. You'll act as a central point of contact, aligning internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
Apply your knowledge of building systems to gather, assess, and process diverse datasets, enabling the creation of functional Digital Twins that maximize the value of Willow’s platform. Work alongside engineering and product teams to refine integration processes and contribute to long-term improvements in deployment workflows.
Provide daily updates to leadership on project status, risks, and obstacles, ensuring transparency and proactive resolution. Collaborate with account managers and technical specialists to develop efficient solutions that meet project objectives. Document best practices, lessons learned, and process enhancements to strengthen future deployments.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in Building Automation Services, project coordination, or a related role within a technology or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with building systems including HVAC controls, BMS, lighting controls, energy metering, access control, and security systems
- Knowledge of proprietary protocols used in building technologies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional projects
- Proven problem-solving ability and a commitment to continuous learning
- Self-directed with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Adaptable mindset with a focus on improving processes and approaches
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical or engineering background, though not required—what matters most is a drive to learn new technologies
- Experience in mechanical or HVAC engineering consulting, or building automation systems
- Familiarity with control and monitoring systems in built environments
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel or MS SQL
