Join a full-time onsite internship in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, where you'll support critical supply chain operations for a global leader in sustainable energy solutions. This role provides direct involvement in managing supplier contracts, organizing regional supply-base information, and assisting with supplier qualification processes.
What You'll Do
- Assist in managing supplier agreements by categorizing, scanning, and uploading documentation into internal systems
- Help consolidate Taiwan-based supply chain data within Ariba, including contracts, risk evaluations, and certifications
- Prepare questionnaires and coordinate follow-ups for supplier qualification initiatives
- Maintain physical records such as order acknowledgments and provide general support to supply chain workflows
- Follow internal and external compliance standards, ensuring all actions align with regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate accountability by upholding core values like safety, integrity, and responsibility in daily tasks
Requirements
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and a careful, methodical approach to work
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
