Remote Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – Massachusetts
Provide outpatient psychiatric care entirely through telehealth, serving patients across the lifespan with lower to moderate acuity conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. This role is structured for clinicians seeking autonomy within a fully remote, W-2 employment model, with no inpatient, crisis, or on-call responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct 100% virtual psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute maintenance sessions
- Diagnose and manage mental health conditions in adult and geriatric populations; child and adolescent patients are seen exclusively by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists
- Work independently while collaborating with an integrated network of licensed therapists for coordinated care
- Focus solely on outpatient care—no partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, or emergency coverage required
- Use a simplified clinical technology platform designed for efficiency and ease of use
- Benefit from full operational support, including appointment scheduling, insurance billing, patient intake coordination, and licensing logistics
What We Require
- MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Massachusetts (multi-state licensing support available)
- Commitment to outpatient telepsychiatry and interest in long-term clinical practice
- Ability to adapt to digital workflows and learn new clinical systems efficiently
- Strong diagnostic reasoning, interpersonal communication, and teamwork skills
- Availability for full-time or part-time work under W-2 employment

Compensation
Total annual earnings range from $300,000 to $350,000+, combining base salary and performance-based incentives. The productivity bonus is guaranteed during the initial onboarding period to ensure stable income while building your practice.
