Requirements
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) is required
- Must hold an active, unrestricted license with full autonomous practice rights
- Minimum of four years of post-graduate clinical experience in psychiatric mental health nursing
- Demonstrated experience in outpatient psychiatric settings, including conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Proven ability in medication management for psychiatric conditions
- Experience providing psychoeducation and delivering supportive therapy
- Comfortable delivering care exclusively through telepsychiatry platforms
- Skilled in using electronic medical record systems for accurate and timely documentation
- Strong clinical decision-making skills, clear communication style, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
