Work as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner delivering outpatient care entirely through telepsychiatry. You’ll conduct in-depth evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, manage medications, and provide psychoeducation—all from a remote setting with full clinical independence. Your work will be supported by an integrated care team, allowing you to focus on patient care without pressure to rush visits or increase patient volume.
What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive psychiatric assessments and ongoing treatment via secure telehealth platforms
- Formulate and adjust treatment strategies based on patient needs and progress
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications with attention to safety and efficacy
- Provide supportive therapy and patient education as part of holistic care
- Document all clinical interactions efficiently using electronic medical records
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists within an internal referral network
- Maintain consistent clinical judgment and decision-making autonomy
Requirements
- Current board certification as a PMHNP-BC
- Unrestricted nursing license with full practice authority in Minnesota
- At least four years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
- Proven experience in outpatient psychiatric settings
- Proficiency in psychiatric evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management
- Experience with telepsychiatry and comfort working in a fully remote model
- Strong documentation skills using EMR systems

Compensation
Base salary plus monthly productivity incentive, with total annual on-target earnings ranging from $180,000 to $215,000+. The incentive is guaranteed during the initial onboarding period to support ramp-up.

This is a fully remote position open to practitioners licensed in Minnesota. You’ll have control over your weekly schedule and availability, allowing for sustainable work-life balance within a flexible, long-term telehealth model.
