About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers for coordinated care
- Document clinical interactions in the electronic health record
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy standards
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and families
- Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to patient messages within established timeframes
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Support crisis intervention when required
- Adhere to ethical standards in clinical practice
- Stay current with advancements in psychiatric treatment
- Contribute to a positive patient experience
