Kentro is looking for a Remote Program Analyst Lead (VA-ESOM) to lead a team providing advanced consulting and technical expertise for the VA's End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract. You will gather, compile, and analyze source data using ServiceNow and SharePoint to inform data-driven decisions and improve Enterprise Monitoring and Event Management for the VA.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team applying advanced consulting and planning or extensive technical expertise to resolve high-visibility client initiatives.
- Gather, compile, and analyze source data using ServiceNow and SharePoint to provide information for data-driven decisions.
- Work with program leadership to develop metrics and analysis, with daily interactions with multiple client stakeholders.
- Guide junior team members and ensure projects stay on task and schedule.
- Create tools to inform the client and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership.
- Contribute to program strategy and help improve delivery and measure program impact for the client organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, math, or engineering and 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience with project coordination, business process mapping, organizational design, and strategy.
- Experience leading small teams delivering data analysis and technical recommendations to client leadership.
- Experience creating reports/dashboards in SharePoint.
- Data SME with experience collecting and deriving meaningful conclusions/insights from large existing information data sets.
- Data SME with ability to parse large sets of data into executive reports and translate requirements into useful data insights.
- Experience in the management consulting field, including strategy and change management, providing support to organizational leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience representing/assisting the team with flowcharting group sessions and working with leadership under short deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel with knowledge of pivot Charts and Excel Reporting capabilities.
- Excellent oral/written communication and the ability to multitask, adapt in a rapidly changing environment, and work independently and in a team environment.
- US Citizen or Green card holder.
- Willing and able to get a Public Trust Suitability clearance and meet updated ID requirements.
