Pyron Group is looking for a Remote Personal Risk Advisor with entrepreneurial drive to build and manage your own book of personal insurance business. You’ll have autonomy over your schedule and income, backed by our agency’s tools, resources, and a culture grounded in empathy, simplicity, collaboration, and joy.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and sell personal insurance products, including home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies.
- Generate leads using personal networks, social platforms, and local connections.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience from the initial quote through policy renewal.
- Manage and service your book of business with access to agency support as needed.
- Maintain proper state licensing and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
- Participate in optional mentorship and professional development resources.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a Mississippi resident.
- Ambitious self-marketer with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Digitally savvy and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Licensed or able to become licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (Mississippi license preferred).
Nice to Have
- Experience in insurance, real estate, direct sales, or customer service.
