CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is hiring a Remote Outbound Sales Specialist to help utility customers save money and energy. In this role, you will make outbound calls using a fast-paced dialer to enroll customers in energy-saving programs. You'll be a key part of our mission to build a sustainable and equitable energy future.
What You'll Do
- Drive success in a high-volume, outbound sales environment using a fast-paced dialer.
- Encourage utility customers to enroll in energy-saving programs to reduce their bills.
- Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals.
- Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments.
- Be an active team member in a remote environment and participate in training.
- Thrive in an environment where you can earn commission based on defined metrics.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 6 months of previous customer-facing experience.
- Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls.
- Expertly navigating a script.
- Supporting customers and technical inquiries.
- Comfort with a committed schedule that includes set lunches and breaks.
- Appreciation for goals and performance metrics.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM.
- No attendance or punctuality concerns.
- Ability to thrive in an intensive environment, balancing customer support while navigating multiple platforms.
- Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction.
- A 'How can I help you?' attitude.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual in Spanish to meet the needs of Spanish-speaking customers.
- Call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment.
