CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is looking for a Remote Outbound Sales Specialist to help lead the transition to a sustainable energy future. In this role, you will make outbound calls to utility customers, address their energy needs, and secure enrollments in programs that help them save money.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address their energy needs.
- Drive success in a high-volume, outbound sales environment using a fast-paced dialer.
- Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals.
- Identify eligibility and consistently close enrollments.
- Be an active team member in a remote environment; participate in training sessions to develop and grow.
- Thrive in an environment to earn a commission, based on defined metrics.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls.
- Expertly navigating a script.
- Supporting customers and tech inquiries.
- Comfort with a committed schedule with set lunches and breaks.
- Appreciation for goals and performance metrics.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM.
- No attendance or punctuality concerns.
- Minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to thrive in an intensive environment, balancing customer support while navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction.
- A “How can I help you?” attitude.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual to meet the needs of Spanish speaking customers.
- Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment.
