As a Remote Online Exams & Customer Experience Assistant - English Speaking, your responsibilities encompass:
Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional support to candidates, testing centers, and stakeholders via multiple communication platforms, including digital messaging, interactive chat, and telephonic interactions.
- Manage inquiries, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure superior customer interactions throughout certification processes.
Online Proctoring:
- Monitor secure and equitable certification examinations across designated testing environments and digital platforms.
- Implement examination protocols to preserve assessment integrity.
- Troubleshoot potential technical or procedural complications during testing sessions.
Back-Office Exam Operations:
- Manage administrative functions related to exam registration, scheduling, and result processing.
