All Care Therapies is looking for a Remote Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This role provides occupational therapy services directly to patients via telehealth, working with a diverse caseload to assess needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions that promote improved functional abilities and independence.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
- Provide remote occupational therapy services, including exercises, activities, and interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on techniques and strategies to enhance independence and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Adhere to relevant ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance for patient privacy.
- Utilize telehealth platforms and tools effectively to conduct remote therapy sessions.
- Stay current with the latest developments in occupational therapy and engage in ongoing professional development.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- An active CA State Occupational Therapy License.
- Experience in a clinic or school setting, or a successful clinical interview.
- Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
- Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months and older).
Nice to Have
- Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
