World Business Lenders, LLC is hiring a Remote - Mortgage Sales Representative

About the Role

World Business Lenders (WBL) is hiring a Remote Mortgage Sales Representative to drive the adoption of our no-documentation mortgage loan program. In this role, you will focus on introducing and selling our products to residential mortgage brokers, building lasting relationships, and facilitating their use of our self-service platform.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to residential mortgage brokers to sell our loan programs and guide them through the self-service website.
  • Identify and connect with potential brokers and borrowers.
  • Utilize CRM tools (QuickBase and HubSpot), email, and inbound/outbound calls to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the loan process.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on Thunderbird’s loan products, including No Doc and Limited Doc programs.
  • Structure deals based on property type, collateral, LTV, and client profile.
  • Collect and review loan documentation from clients or brokers.
  • Prepare files for the processing department by ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • Track performance metrics (volume, submissions, closes) via CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market expansion and vertical opportunities.
  • Follow up promptly with all inquiries, document requests, and loan updates.
  • Stay informed about lending guidelines, industry changes, and market trends.
  • Understand competitors’ offerings to position Thunderbird’s products effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions and product updates regularly.
  • Perform other duties and special projects assigned by senior management.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Advanced, near-native level of verbal and written English.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity.
  • Comfortable working with productivity monitoring systems.

Nice to Have

  • Previous sales experience in the US.

Technical Stack

  • CRM tools: QuickBase and HubSpot

Team & Environment

You will collaborate with the sales team and report to senior management.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Base Salary: USD $1,300 + commissions.
  • PTO available.

This is a fully remote, global position.
