Join a forward-thinking team as a Remote Mobility Solutions Enterprise Architect, responsible for defining and advancing the enterprise architecture behind workforce mobility initiatives. This contract-to-hire position plays a central role in shaping how mobile technologies are securely adopted across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead vendor evaluation processes and assess new proposals in alignment with procurement and IT service management frameworks.
- Help develop a governance structure and standardized framework to ensure consistent, secure, and scalable deployment of mobile devices, applications, and services.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and align technical solutions with operational goals.
- Support the execution of the workforce mobility strategy, including architecture standards, funding models, and change management initiatives.
- Communicate mobility strategies and operational models in coordination with IT Operations to ensure seamless support and adoption.
- Guide the identification and modernization of enterprise applications to support mobile access and automation of critical business workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise across the Software Development Lifecycle and enterprise infrastructure domains.
- Deep understanding of systems implementation methodologies and technical delivery models.
- Strong architectural background with the ability to translate technical challenges into project outcomes and business impact.
- Proven experience in leading technical discussions, influencing design, and resolving complex infrastructure issues.
- Hands-on knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), and Mobile Application Management (MAM) platforms, with a focus on enabling secure workforce mobility.
Preferred Background
- Previous roles in software engineering, network engineering, systems administration, database management, or similar technical fields.
- Experience as an Enterprise Architect in large-scale software or infrastructure implementations.
- Track record managing complex infrastructure projects, including planning, design, deployment, and system upgrades.
Technology Environment
Core technologies include MDM, BYOD, MAM, SDLC practices, enterprise infrastructure, and systems implementation life cycle frameworks.
