CVS Health is looking for a Remote Medicaid Call Center Supervisor to lead Customer Service employees in a Medicaid-focused call center. Your work will be central to increasing member and provider satisfaction, retention, and growth through staff development and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop, motivate, evaluate, and coach staff on work procedures, proper call handling, and teamwork to deliver excellent customer service.
- Utilize incentive programs to reward, recognize, and celebrate team and individual successes.
- Assess individual and team performance regularly, providing candid and timely feedback regarding developmental needs, including the completion of monthly and annual scorecards.
- Monitor all performance measures such as daily stats and schedule adherence, allocating resources to meet volume and performance demands.
- Remove barriers to job performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Attract, select, and retain high-caliber, diverse talent able to successfully achieve or exceed business goals.
- Act as a liaison between staff and other areas, including management and provider teams, communicating workflow results, ideas, and solutions.
- Proactively analyze constituent data, identify trends and issues, and act to improve the development and delivery of products and services.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Experience with inbound call center operations.
- Must reside on the Eastern Seaboard.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years leading a member or customer service team.
- Experience in a Medicaid and/or Medicare setting.
