Role Overview
This remote Technical Account Manager position, based in Mexico, focuses on delivering technical guidance and support to customers throughout their lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted technical point of contact, working closely with support and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and proactively.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor to customers, supporting onboarding and ongoing technical engagement
- Conduct regular business and health reviews to assess customer progress and satisfaction
- Participate in an on-call rotation during business hours to respond to inquiries and escalate cases when needed
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve complex issues using internal tools and knowledge resources
- Monitor renewal risks and partner with sales to support retention and expansion efforts
- Drive timely resolution of support cases and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders
- Engage in team knowledge-sharing to stay current on product updates and security technologies
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with demonstrated proficiency in Windows operating systems and enterprise-level web and security technologies. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and a customer-first mindset are essential. You must be adept at problem-solving, work effectively in collaborative environments, and maintain a strong commitment to customer success.
Preference will be given to those with a related degree and at least three years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or support within a SaaS environment.
