Carrie Rikon & Associates is seeking a Remote Long Term Temporary Junior Analyst to join our Fixed Cost Division. This internal-facing role is an excellent opportunity to build foundational experience in the analytical field by supporting Account Managers and Producers with essential data tasks. You will be a key part of ensuring accurate and efficient implementation and reporting processes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Producers and Account Managers to review and process implementation data, including eligible hours and census details.
- Assist with vendor implementation tasks, such as creating files, setting up folders, and generating internal reports per departmental guidelines.
- Conduct post-implementation follow-ups and testing to verify the accurate setup of all coverage lines.
- Follow internal process checklists and complete recurring tasks within established timeframes.
- Communicate with Account Managers to request hours, gather missing census information, and clarify data processing needs.
- Perform data audits using advanced Excel functions to identify and report any inconsistencies.
- Manage internal data processing workflows, including hours reporting, bill creation, BSRs, invoices, and eligibility files.
- Maintain accurate payment sheets and payment reports.
- Assist Account Managers with client-specific reporting and analytical requests.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a current resident of Florida.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, IF formulas, Remove Duplicates, Text to Columns, Pivot Tables, and data validation.
- Strong command of Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working independently on a computer using standard office software and tools.
- Available to work standard business hours (Day Shift).
