Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our mission-driven team. You will provide high-quality mental health care remotely, offering support and healing to individuals and families across Minnesota through virtual therapy and clinical social work services.
What You'll Do
- Provide virtual therapy and clinical social work services to a diverse client base.
- Conduct client assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress.
- Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance client outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Active and unrestricted LICSW license in the state of Minnesota.
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms for service delivery.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
