About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to team members
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Assist in managing cloud-based platforms and services
- Support onboarding of new users to IT systems
- Document technical procedures and solutions
- Respond to helpdesk requests in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT security practices
- Assist with data backup and recovery protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to identify technology needs
- Implement system updates and patches
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
- Support video conferencing and virtual meeting tools
- Assist in managing user accounts and permissions
- Evaluate and recommend IT tools and software
- Maintain inventory of digital assets
- Troubleshoot connectivity and remote access issues
- Support website and internal portal functionality
- Assist with email system administration
- Participate in regular virtual team meetings
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning
- Promote best practices for cybersecurity awareness
