i360technologies is seeking a full-cycle IT Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience to support federal contracts and ERP/IT recruiting in a fully remote, U.S.-based role. The recruiter will manage high-volume hiring across ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, and Dynamics, contributing to proposal staffing, contract awards, and project ramp-ups in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Support full-cycle recruiting for ERP and IT roles, including functional and technical positions
- Recruit across ERP platforms such as Oracle (EBS and Cloud), SAP, PeopleSoft, and Dynamics, as well as related IT roles
- Review job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
- Conduct candidate screens to evaluate technical skills, functional expertise, and federal contracting experience
- Support proposal staffing, project ramp-ups, and contract expansions
- Manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume environment
- Recruit for time-sensitive and hard-to-fill roles aligned to proposal and delivery timelines
- Adapt to shifting priorities and changing job requirements
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships across ERP and IT skill sets
- Develop and manage long-term talent pipelines for ERP, IT, and federal contracting roles
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to support ongoing engagement
- Proactively engage candidates ahead of demand to support rapid hiring needs
- Present offers and respond to candidate questions
- Align candidate expectations with approved compensation ranges
- Explain benefits, employment policies, and total compensation
- Focus primarily on W2 hiring
- Explain W2 vs. C2C and support conversion to W2 when applicable
- Partner with HR and Compensation during offer finalization
- Use ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to post roles, track candidates, and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure recruiting activity is properly recorded and compliant
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience supporting federal contracts

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience conducting detailed candidate screens
- Experience with W2 hiring
- Ability to support conversion of C2C candidates to W2
- Strong organizational skills
