World Business Lenders, LLC is hiring a Remote ISO Sales Representative to source and manage borrower referrals. This account representative role is central to building and maintaining relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and similar entities to drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Initiate, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and other referral partners.
- Pursue company-assigned leads via phone and email.
- Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files through the pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
What We're Looking For
- An advanced, almost native level of verbal and written English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
- A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools.
- Comfort working with productivity monitoring systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Previous sales experience in the US market.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation is a USD base salary of $1,000 - $1,500 plus commissions.
- Paid time off is available.
