Anomaly Squared is looking for a Remote Insurance Lead Generation Specialist to serve as the critical first point of contact for potential clients. In this role, you will engage and qualify leads to fuel company growth. This position is open to candidates in the Triad Area for either full-time or part-time capacity.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact to engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads before they are passed on to the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Own a computer meeting minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better/AMD Ryzen 5 or better, Windows 10 or higher, 8GB RAM).
- Cannot use a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook.
- Have a webcam.
- Have high-speed internet (download speed >=100 Mbps, upload speed >=10 Mbps).
- Have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace.
- Attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.
Nice to Have
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Working Knowledge of Windows Based Operating Systems including Google Chrome.
- Ability to Demonstrate Product Knowledge once Nesting Period is Complete.
- Ability to Adapt in a Fast-Changing Environment.
