Anomaly Squared is looking for a Remote Insurance Lead Generation Specialist to serve as the vital first point of contact with potential clients. You will qualify leads to fuel our sales pipeline and support company growth, working as part of a team of motivated individuals.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact to engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads before they are passed on to the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems and Google Chrome.
- The ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Own a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook) that meets specified minimum workstation requirements.
- Have a webcam.
- Have high-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10.
- Must have a desk or workstation in a quiet workspace.
- Must be able to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST).
Nice to Have
- High School Diploma or GED.

- Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher.
