Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for clients, coordinating with project teams such as developers, QA analysts, and technical support
- Gather and assess client information during the initial project discovery phase
- Analyze business processes and document workflows based on client needs and industry best practices
- Set up system configurations using approved business rules and procedural workflows
- Support data migration efforts by assisting with mapping source data and validating accuracy
- Adapt training content and lead instructional sessions in both virtual and in-person environments
- Offer guidance and troubleshooting support during client testing and post-deployment phases
- Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed efficiently
- Support team development by sharing knowledge, encouraging collaboration, and contributing to a positive work culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in the CIS or Utility sector
- Familiarity with Meter Reading Head-end Systems and related infrastructure
- Strong customer service abilities and clear verbal and written communication
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make quick, independent decisions
- Proven experience in gathering client requirements, proposing solutions, and leading business process discussions
- High attention to detail and commitment to meeting project expectations
- Self-motivated, forward-thinking, and action-focused mindset
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities with strong organizational abilities
- Experience reviewing system error logs and performing basic debugging
- Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis and validation
