Mid-America Computer Corporation (MACC) is hiring a Remote Implementation Consultant to deliver our enQuesta CIS solution and services to utility industry customers. In this customer-facing role, you will analyze business processes, configure software, and manage implementations from discovery through training and support, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a customer advocate and facilitate communication with project teams.
- Perform business process analysis and document requirements.
- Configure the software using approved workflow and business rules.
- Assist with data mapping and validation.
- Customize and deliver training in both remote and classroom-led sessions.
- Provide support during customer testing and product implementation.
- Identify and mitigate issues and risks that could impact the project.
- Contribute to improved employee satisfaction by motivating coworkers and helping develop their knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of CIS and/or Utility Industry experience.
- Understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems.
- Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make autonomous conclusions.
- Ability to listen, interpret requirements, and drive business process analysis.
- Detailed-oriented and conscientious about meeting expectations.
- Positive, proactive, and action-oriented attitude.
- Ability to effectively manage a large number of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to review error logs and debug issues.
- Adept at writing SQL queries.
- Must be able to travel 50% within North America without restriction.
- A valid passport is required.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Team Lead and Director of Professional Services, and interact regularly with Research and Development, Professional Services, and Support Services departments.

- Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000.
