IntellaTriage is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN to provide critical after-hours telephone triage support for hospice patients and families. In this role, you'll assess patient conditions, determine appropriate next steps, and collaborate with on-call teams to coordinate care and resources, ensuring timely interventions and compassionate care delivery.
What You'll Do
- Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.

- Accurately document all communications and interventions.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while handling urgent calls.
What We're Looking For
- Active multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Must be comfortable with technology and electronic medical records (EMR) utilized for documentation of calls.
- Ability and comfort with typing documentation and notes in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to handle stress and multitask when receiving calls (minimum of 5 calls per hour on weekdays, and up to 8 per hour on weekends).
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Consistent attendance, active communication, and reliable internet connectivity during all scheduled shifts.
Nice to Have
- Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience.
Team & Environment
You will be an extension of clients' care teams, supported by a clinical team.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote position with a schedule of part-time, 4:30 AM to 11:00 AM CST plus rotating Saturday & Sunday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST.
