Responsibilities
- Manage email inboxes and prioritize incoming messages
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Maintain and update client calendars
- Prepare documents and presentations
- Conduct internet research on various topics
- Track and log expenses and receipts
- Assist with travel planning and booking
- Handle data entry with high accuracy
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat
- Support project management tasks using digital tools
- Organize digital files and cloud storage systems
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
- Draft and edit written communications
- Monitor and update task management software
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Compile reports from collected data
- Manage contact lists and databases
- Support social media scheduling and posting

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
