Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners to troubleshoot technical challenges and maintain platform performance
- Oversee publisher onboarding and certification processes to ensure technical compliance and interoperability
- Perform advanced quality assurance and deliver timely support for escalated platform issues
- Lead initiatives across teams to improve platform reliability, operational efficiency, and campaign delivery standards
- Convert technical data and system behaviors into understandable insights for diverse audiences
Nice to Have
- Minimum of one year in ad operations, technical account management, or a comparable position
- Experience with at least one digital ad-serving or programmatic technology platform
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to document complex technical processes
- History of quickly learning and adapting to new software and technical environments
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML and JavaScript
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
