- Responsible for the timely completion of assigned activities pertaining to ACH processing and operations.
- Ensures accurate and compliant execution of assigned tasks, maintaining operational excellence, and providing a satisfactory member experience.
- Demonstrates understanding of ACH processes and a commitment to focus on providing a first contact resolution.
