About the Role
This position leads client engagement efforts for fintech brands, overseeing campaign performance, revenue targets, and strategic planning within a fully remote setup based in India.
Responsibilities
- Lead client acquisition and retention strategies for fintech companies
- Manage end-to-end advertising campaign lifecycles
- Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with client goals
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fintech industry trends
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Develop quarterly business reviews and strategic plans
- Negotiate contract terms and service agreements
- Coordinate with creative and analytics teams for campaign optimization
- Ensure timely delivery of media plans and budgets
- Drive revenue growth through data-informed recommendations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation
- Respond to client inquiries within service level agreements
- Support onboarding of new fintech clients
- Participate in product and platform training sessions
- Represent the team in client-facing meetings and presentations
- Track industry developments affecting client objectives
- Escalate technical or operational issues as needed
- Contribute to process improvements in account management
