About the Role
This role involves providing technical support during the sales process by demonstrating product capabilities, answering customer inquiries, and helping design solutions tailored to client requirements in the industrial cybersecurity space.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and challenges
- Assist in designing solution architectures aligned with client needs
- Respond to technical inquiries during the sales cycle
- Prepare and customize proof-of-concept deployments
- Support RFP and procurement processes with technical documentation
- Troubleshoot product configurations during evaluation phases
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates
- Assist in the development of sales enablement materials
- Participate in technical training programs
- Engage with partners on joint customer engagements
- Travel to customer sites and events as required
- Stay informed about regional market trends and competitor offerings
- Ensure compliance with technical and security standards during evaluations
Nice to Have
- Experience in pre-sales engineering or solutions consulting
- Working knowledge of IT/OT convergence challenges
- Familiarity with threat detection and monitoring systems
- Certifications in cybersecurity or networking
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
