About the Role

The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand and strengthen partner relationships, driving revenue growth and market penetration in the payments sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow partner relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on partner performance and market trends.
  • Manage the partner onboarding process and ongoing support.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key partners.
  • Develop and deliver partner training and enablement programs.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Provide feedback and input on product development and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage partner communications and relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with partner agreements and contractual obligations.

  • Conduct regular partner satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Provide input on partner recruitment and selection processes.
