About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the execution of digital inputs across client programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy, timelines, and quality standards in a fast-paced operational setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital insertion orders across multiple markets
- Ensure accurate and timely setup of digital campaigns
- Liaise with agency teams to confirm campaign specifications
- Monitor campaign launch timelines and flag potential delays
- Troubleshoot discrepancies in digital order details
- Maintain up-to-date records of campaign changes
- Collaborate with operations and finance on billing accuracy
- Track campaign milestones and deliverables
- Support onboarding of new digital vendors
- Standardize processes for digital input workflows
- Identify inefficiencies in campaign setup procedures
- Escalate critical issues to senior management
- Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements
- Facilitate communication between regional teams
- Manage change requests during campaign execution
- Verify technical specifications for digital assets
- Coordinate with creative teams on file delivery
- Support QA processes for digital campaigns
- Maintain documentation for operational audits
- Implement process improvements based on feedback
- Monitor service level agreements with partners
- Assist in reporting campaign performance data
- Align digital execution with media plans
- Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries
- Ensure consistency across global campaign launches
