About the Role

The role involves managing the physical deployment of complex hardware systems at client locations, including configuration, testing, and validation to ensure performance meets design specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site installation of high-precision scientific equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system readiness prior to deployment
  • Perform calibration and alignment of hardware components
  • Verify system functionality following installation protocols
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during setup and commissioning
  • Document deployment procedures and site-specific configurations
  • Train client personnel on initial system operation
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment transport and setup
  • Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
  • Provide feedback to design teams based on field performance
  • Maintain accurate records of installation timelines and outcomes
  • Adapt deployment strategies to varying site environments
  • Support remote diagnostics when on-site presence is not required
  • Validate environmental conditions for optimal system performance
  • Interface with clients to communicate deployment progress
  • Assist in pre-deployment system integration testing
  • Monitor system stability during initial operation phases
  • Escalate unresolved technical challenges to senior engineers
  • Follow change management procedures during system updates
  • Participate in post-installation review meetings
  • Contribute to deployment process improvements
  • Ensure all tools and instrumentation are properly maintained
  • Respond to urgent deployment-related requests
