Responsibilities
- Coordinate entry to listed properties for potential buyers
- Conduct in-person tours of residential homes during scheduled times
- Verify visitor identities before granting property access
- Follow safety protocols during each showing appointment
- Report any property issues or damages observed during visits
- Adhere to scheduled showing times and maintain punctuality
- Communicate professionally with buyers and agents
- Provide factual details about home features and layout
- Ensure doors and windows are secured after each visit
- Follow lockbox and keyless entry procedures as required
- Maintain neutrality during buyer interactions
- Document visit outcomes when required
- Respond promptly to showing requests and schedule confirmations
- Use mobile app to check in and out of properties
- Follow instructions from listing agents regarding special conditions
- Avoid discussing pricing or terms of sale
- Refrain from giving opinions on neighborhoods or schools
- Keep personal belongings secure during appointments
- Maintain professional appearance during all showings
- Complete post-visit checklists as needed
Compensation
