About the Role
This position is for a licensed associate therapist who can provide evidence-based mental health services to children and adolescents via telehealth. The role includes direct therapy, care coordination, and participation in team-based support, with full supervision provided at no cost to the clinician.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and family therapy sessions remotely to clients under supervision
- Conduct initial clinical assessments and ongoing progress evaluations
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Collaborate with care teams to support holistic client outcomes
- Engage in regular clinical supervision sessions
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Follow ethical and legal standards for mental health practice
- Coordinate with schools and community partners when appropriate
- Respond to client communications within established timeframes
- Adhere to documentation and billing requirements
- Support crisis intervention protocols as needed
- Use culturally responsive practices in all client interactions
- Implement trauma-informed care principles
- Stay current with clinical best practices and guidelines
- Attend required trainings and professional development sessions
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards
- Manage a consistent caseload of clients
