About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical workshops and coding tutorials
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize developer feedback
  • Write documentation, sample code, and API guides
  • Represent the platform at conferences and online events
  • Monitor community forums and respond to technical inquiries
  • Identify common developer pain points and suggest product enhancements
  • Create and maintain open-source tools and libraries
  • Produce technical blog posts and video demonstrations
  • Support integration of developer tools with third-party platforms
  • Gather and analyze usage patterns from developer communities
  • Advocate for developer needs within internal product discussions
  • Troubleshoot code examples and provide debugging assistance
  • Mentor external developers contributing to shared projects
  • Track emerging trends in software development ecosystems
  • Coordinate with marketing on technical campaign content
  • Ensure developer resources are up to date and accurate
  • Facilitate feedback loops between users and engineering teams
  • Improve onboarding materials for new developers
  • Contribute to SDK development and testing
  • Maintain relationships with key technical influencers
  • Evaluate developer experience through surveys and testing
  • Promote best practices in API usage and integration
  • Support documentation localization efforts
