Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities within large health systems and health plans
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers
- Lead sales cycles from initial contact to contract close
- Present product solutions tailored to enterprise client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client requirements
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings
- Stay informed about healthcare market trends and competitor activity
- Deliver regular updates on sales progress to leadership
- Advocate for customer needs internally to shape product development
- Support onboarding efforts for newly acquired clients
- Conduct needs assessments during client discovery calls
- Create customized proposals and contract terms
- Manage multiple concurrent sales opportunities
- Use CRM tools to track all client interactions
- Ensure compliance with sales and contracting policies
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate technical demonstrations with product specialists
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to refine outreach strategies
- Help refine sales playbooks based on field experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes in healthcare
- Drive expansion within existing client accounts
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
