Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for technical products
- Engage with engineering and operations teams at client organizations
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to technical audiences
- Identify customer pain points and align solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with sales engineering to address technical objections
- Develop deep understanding of product architecture
- Respond to RFPs and technical qualification questionnaires
- Work with legal and security teams on compliance reviews
- Coordinate proof of concept deployments
- Negotiate contract terms with procurement departments
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Partner with marketing on demand generation campaigns
- Gather customer feedback for product teams
- Track sales metrics and forecast accuracy
- Support expansion within existing accounts
- Attend industry events and conferences
- Educate prospects on technical differentiators
- Manage multi-threaded sales conversations
- Drive renewal and upsell discussions
