EX Squared is looking for a Remote Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and strategic planning. In this role, you will ensure financial health and compliance while supporting business growth.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analysis to leadership
- Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements
- Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk assessment
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
- Proven track record in financial reporting, analysis, and management
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
